Wow your marble ocean Kaweco has so much mixture of colour. Mine is almost all the darker teal with a faint very thin green strip on the lid.

My favorite pinks are Kobe Strawberry Chocolate, Colorverse Brunch Date and Diamine Pink Champagne. I'm getting the itch again. Haven't bought an ink or pen yet in 2026. I have around 100 pens and over 300 inks, so I decided to use what I have. Yesterday I had surgery and I think that deserves a reward! I enjoyed and joined your channel!

That pen looks like the aurora borealis to me. It is absolutely divine.

Thank you for sharing! I purchased Pink Lemonade in a medium nib. I struggle with most pink inks as they are just too bright, flat or light when dry, which makes reading challenging. Right now I have the pen inked up with Esterbrook Morning Skies. I haven’t purchased this Kaweco yet, want it, but just bought too many inks and pens so far this year. 😂

Hello!  I love the Kaweco Sport fountain pens.  I have two of them and I enjoy writing with them.  I’ve been thinking about getting the Marble Ocean.  The ink really does last quite a while.  I write with both of mine and also my Kaweco Pekeo fountain pen.  I have one TWSBI my son got me for my birthday and love that one too.  I also have a Wordworth and Black and a Lamy Safari fountain pens.  Because of my fountain pens my journaling has increased from once in awhile to everyday now.  My son bought me three jars of ink and gave me a bunch of samples.  I’m wanting to get the Kaweco Brass fountain pens.  My son has the gold one.  He let me use the gold one he has when we went on vacation.  I thought it would be too heavy.  But I had no problem writing with it.  They also have an AL Rose Gold Sport I worth’s love to have.  The colors of ink you have are beautiful.  I have a green ink I am using in my green Kaweco Sport.  Thanks for the video.

Have you tried Sailor Sakura-mori, or Colorverse (Constellations) Bootes?

My current favorite pink inks that are still available are: Robert Oster Pinky and Wearingeul The Elf of The Rose. I was sad about Emma because I could tell from the ad, not to mention the swatches that they were trying to make it look legible, and it’s not (for me.) However, Wearingeul is coming out soon with “Thumbelina” which seems to be a pink shimmer ink that is a bit darker than Emma, and lighter than The Elf of The Rose.

For Hana Ikada, I had a sample and didn’t like the ‘neon-ish’ bright color, so I added 3 drops of Iroshizuku Tsutsuji to 3mls of Hana Ikada, and it toned down the ‘loud’ and made it more legible as well, without significantly changing the ink color itself.

I think the Leonardo Rosa Shocking Pink is fantastic, and my inner 80’s girl says, obviously, that hot pink ink should go into a black pen!

I loved the look of the Marble Sport pen (but it’s one to pick out in person, cause I’ve seen some that really vary in the color variation…like yours has a lot of green. Diamond Meadow would be pretty in it, so would Wearingeul Robinson Crusoe (or Lost…the Teal/Green/Blue one.) If you don’t like the nib on the Marble, it’s a twist out, so you can easily swap (not that a friction fit is “hard.” My first “real” fountain pen was a Kaweco Sport in Bordeaux with an F nib, and I wrote with it a few times, didn’t like it and it’s sat for 2 years, until it was recently resurrected to see if it was going to get a second chance. The nib is a nail, Sports are not comfortable pens for me (too narrow and too short in the grip section) so, it will move onto a happy home when I get around to it with a pen culling. (Hypocritically, because I am a sucker for red everything, I was going through pens at my local, and I didn’t know that there was a fire engine red Sport!!! It called to me, I was helpless, and I own it. But, like people who don’t love the Sport, but love its B and BB nib, I got it in a B, and it’s awesome! (Hint for the Sport and any pen that only takes short international cartridges…get a blunt tip syringe, suck out the ink it came with in the cartridge if you don’t want to use it, and just rinse and use the syringe to put in your favorite ink. Those cartridges can be refilled over and over and over…and that little cartridge is just useless, imo. (I do the same for any pen that will only take the CON-40, it’s getting a rinsed out and refilled Pilot Cartridge. You will spend a tenth of the time cleaning that out vs that dreadful converter!)

Enjoy! I was disappointed a bit at first with the Pink Lemonade (my first Eco with an F…I wanted to round out and have all the nibs, except the EF,) partially because I was either seeing it at night, or on gloomy, cloudy days. Once I saw it in natural light, it’s much prettier than I initially thought. It initially looked like a dusty pink with an undertone of grey. The other bummer was the nib was really scratchy, even with an Iroshizuku ink. The positive, since I bought it directly from TWSBI (no one else had it an hour after pre-orders opened!!) I emailed their customer service, explained the issue, and they asked for my address and are mailing me a brand new nib. Didn’t even ask me to pay the $5 shipping. Responded to my email in under 6 hours. Can’t ask for much more than that (and out of the 10+ TWSBIs I have, this is my first dud nib.)

Two pinks for you to try, one is electric like the Leonard offering, Noodler's Rachmaninoff, and J Herbin's Rose Cyclamen which leans towards a vivid fuchsia.  Oh, and 3 Oysters Peacock Green would be a blue/green contender for the Kaweco

I have the Kaweco sport in light green pearl with both medium and broad nib. Whenever I put shimmer in it, it clogs where I have to take the pen apart and soak the feed… it would have hard stops and or not write at all. The inks I used from Tom’s Studio. Since then I only do solid colors or maybe sheen but no more shimmers. Shimmers work great in my TWSBI Ecos stub

Thanks for your video.  I bought exactly the same two pens!  And I love them both.  Fortunately I have loads of pink inks so we will see what I come up with.  I am going to film it and upload it tomorrow (Monday.)

I also got the pink twsbi and did not have an ink that matched either... lol, I think it's hard to get a perfect match. I started mixing what I had to try and get something I liked. It might be fun to mix inks! Enjoy your new pens!

I got both of these pens as well.  The ink I got for my Kaweco ocean marble was dominant industries tsavorite.  It is so beautiful with that pen.
