Nice Video. I plan on doing this Chain and Sprocket change on my 98. The Hammering of the Rivets, Ive did it that way for years on my Sport Bikes used a big ass sledge Hammer as my Anvil, over 100K miles never had an issue doing it that way. I did buy a tool for this Job though.  Thanks!

First time putting a chain with a fixed wheel chain was so stretched i didnt need to break it guess breaking the chain is needed. And you dont need yo take the fairings off

1. You didnt grease up the rivet link.

2. Dont hammer it, theres a chain riveting tool on amazon for like 20 quid.

Hammer the rivets?!?!!  This is not right.  There is a special tool to correctly form the rivets and you need to set the distance between the link and plate with calipers.  If you can't do this right, use a clip type master link.  Do not follow this video!

Are those 110 links 530 chains with 43t and 16t sprockets?
