YouTube is changing a lot, and we need to talk about it.

There's AI, new tools, new ways to create content, and an ever-increasing number of videos being published. And, in the midst of all this, it's easy to feel lost and think you need to relearn the entire YouTube system every time something changes.

In this video, I want to reflect a bit on the future of the platform, what might change in the future, and, most importantly, what will likely continue to matter regardless of the algorithm.

Because perhaps the best way to prepare for the future of YouTube isn't to try to guess the next change, but to learn the principles that continue to work even when the tools change.

In the end, the question is simple: if in a few years anyone can create a technically perfect video in a few seconds, why would anyone choose to watch yours?
