Malik Tillman appeared to be injured so the ball was kicked out of play for a throw-in, the United States international then pressed and won the ball back immediately after play continued and went on to score, this sparked outrage among the Partick Thistle players.

Imagine if the goalie had stopped the equalizer, we would have witnessed the birth of a legendary new rivalry.

The keeper wasn't going down without at least some bit of a fight.. 🤣

As a Celtic fan this is great sportsmanship from rangers. Well done 💚🤍

A touch of class by Beale 👏🏻
Glad to have a guy with good morals and principals as our manager.

Anyone manage to quickly get a cheeky bet in when they realised what was going to happen?

I'm a Celtic fan but all credit to Michael Beale. His post match interview was excellent too. Young Tillman was undoubtedly unaware of everything that was going on and pressed the ball as would be his norm but huge credit to Michael Beale as I said. Not sure what McGregor's doing though! 🤷🏽‍♂️

Just pure class from the Head Coach. Respect of the highest order.

Marcelo Bielsa had done the same thing at Leeds United in 2019.

Motherwell would have missed that

Don't know how Ian Beale manages both a successful chipper in Walford and a football team in Glasgow. He must be a magician

For someone not intimately familiar with the subtleties of the game, what was the issue with the blue jersey stealing the ball at the beginning of the video?

Honesty and Sportsmanship is bigger than Football, well done!

Full credit to Beale. The game was in the balance but he put fair play above the crowd pressure. Surely some Rangers fans there saw the bigger picture, despite the cascade of boos? Take the win-win.

Sportsmanship is a lost art. Bravo.

This is brilliant and increases my faith in football management. Massive credit to the management and players.

That was the right thing to do. Real class shown there by Beale.

Aberdeen fan here. Have to hold up the hands and say that Beale showed true class there. The match was far from finished at that point so a brave call to make then.
Well played 👏👏👏
