Truly appreciate this guide. I haven’t seen many guides for Asuka and the ones that are out there feel a little too high level.

Asuka can't parry:
Head, shoulders, knees and elbows... and jumping moves, charged moves, unblockables, heat smash, knife, karambit, gun, sword, katana, nun chucks, force field, arrows, rail guns, missiles, exploding heads, salmons that turn into homing missiles ...
Oh... and bad breath.

I appreciate that this guide goes into when to use certain moves, because some slower ones like 1+2 had me stumped.

one of the onbly beginner guides i found about Asuka on youtube... the rest is either advanced or just combo guide..
thanks so much

Brilliant guide. I have been playing asuka for a few days now at Red rank. I know of the key moves but this video really gave me direction on how they string together.

This is a great video!! As close as I am to Mighty Ruler, there’s SO much more I need to learn. I never knew using the gusto stunned them the way it did. Hope you do more Asuka content, if you don’t hate playing her!!

I just bought the game a week ago, and Asuka's one of the characters I'm considering maining, thanks for this guide! I'll try her out for a bit, see if she's the character I want to main but from how you described her neutral game, I feel like I will stick to playing her lol. But really appreciate this guide as knowing what to do in neutral is usually always the thing I look for when first hopping into a fighting game and you went through that perfectly. I'll go lab some basic punishes as you described and I'll see how I go and if I'll stick with Asuka!
