This episode started exactly how you’d expect…

Chaos. Mixpackers everywhere. Zero skill, all numbers.

From the very first fight, it was constant pressure from groups playing as safe and cowardly as possible — but instead of avoiding it, I leaned straight into the chaos and turned the entire first half into a battlefield.

But then came the moment that changed everything.

A full 1v1 against a T-Rex — no third parties, no running, just pure mechanics.
And this is where Styracosaurus shows its true power.

What happened in that fight?

Let’s just say… apex predators aren’t built for this.

After that, it was time to settle scores.

I went back to Grand Plains and took revenge on the same mixpackers who thought numbers would protect them. One by one, they got punished — proving that positioning, timing, and confidence beat cowardly play every time.

And then… the ending.

A situation that should have been completely survivable — falling into water while running a fall resistance passive — turned into a respawn screen because the game ignored the modified stats and used base values instead.

A clear oversight. A frustrating end.

But it doesn’t erase what happened before it.

This Styracosaurus melts apexes.

When you find those large groups of mixpackers, I think its worth forming the Justice squad and grouping to wipe them out.

I haven't been able to stand playing PoT for a week or two now. Mixpacks have always been around, but lately, these massive groups are forming and you constantly have to watch your back. It completely ruins the immersion. I really want to play, but every time I log in, I get killed by these huge groups. Yesterday, there were 17 of them chasing me while I was playing as a Mira... it's exhausting.

Im disgusted to play this game, the situation is horrifying, yesterday I was playing Meg and obliterated a Spino underwater, then it ran to land to hide behind 2 Bars, Rex, Allo and a Trike, some time later, the spino returned to the water and started roaring at me, so I went to obliterate it again, Only to find out they called a Tylo to deal with me, I was clamped and still managed to get out alive. look at effort to kill a solo mid tier bc they can't they deal with anything when they are alone, and there's nothing we can do. At least, after I started watching your videos, I started having fun in pot despite the problems and I really feel like Im improving my skills, your videos are amazing.

Maybe its time to grow Rhamph and kill a pack of Titan by starving them.
Rhamph played right takes actually takes a bit of skill, more fun than i initially thought.

Sty is my favorite land dino. I love to bait Hatz players into thinking they can easily kill me and then just wrecking them before they realize what's going on. It's really effective. Its biggest weakness is megapacks of small dinos it can't escape from. It doesn't have Braced Legs and runs out of stamina quickly for its size.

The mixpacking situation is beyond out of hand and Alderon is unlikely to do anything substantial to fix it anytime soon... Also at 15:50 they're hoodoos, and if you have an aquatic or semi aquatic go look in the ocean beyond, Sunken Hoodoos! Looks just like a subnautica map!

Honestly man after watching so many of your videos one of the best pvpers I've seen in this game keep doing your thing brother! I've tried hella different Dinos because of you and can't thank you enough for the mechanics changed my gameplay now I go on my own rampages lol

I've only been playing in Panjura lately and the community feels the same as when I started back in January. If anyone gets low, they get jumped. Even by your own group when grouped.
Today there was salt in chat between a YouTuber that loves 1v1s and was 1v1 a guy and others were looking and interfered. The guy managed to walk away from all that and was getting absolutely flamed in chat. One of the guys that interfered justified it by saying that that's how he plays. He "just wait for opportunity" and steal the kill.

I use puncture and charge on styra and don't really need the spines regen. I charge, 3x puncture and finish with regular attack.

What they do with water is dumb. In essence once you are in water your belly uses a resistance value separated from the legs. In that way bonus resistances from abilities or passives will never apply when hitting water.
They basically don't know how to write a water surface or just make an actual diving mechanic and naming submerging what is submerging...

It's funny that you can actually dive from high places in Panjura. It's just on the other maps that it's whack.

Officials is a complete chaos, but I fully agree, the best is to just be chill and still try to have fun. Was a great episode, it is great to hear your thoughts on Sty solo potential!:_camptolove:
