We visit a couple small lakes to metal detect in the water, and so many rings end up in our scoops! The following day we go to a lake beach that's been around for over 150 years. And though the water if full of iron nails and junk, we still manage to find more jewelry and even a silver coin!
Join my wife Persis and I on a series of metal detecting adventures as we hunt all sorts of locations. Old homes and farm fields dating back to the 1700's and early 1800's. Cellar holes where old homes once stood. Ocean beaches in the winter when the ground is frozen and the snow is deep. And in the summer we're neck deep in the lakes looking for lost treasures. We both use Minelab Equinox 900's and 800's to find old relics, coins and jewelry.
