シンガポール側としては観光用の高級ブランドの一つくらいの位置付けだと思いますが、ルイ・ヴィトン側としてはシンガポールは「旅の要所としてブランドコンセプトを伝えやすい一大拠点」になっているはずです。
それも含め、もちろんスーツさんの解説も含め、シンガポールという島は勢いのある凄い場所ですね。動画を拝見して改めてその魅力を感じました。

27:00 のチップスみたいな食べ物は名前色々ありますが、シンガポールではパパダム（papadam) と呼ばれています。
57:59 のご飯はナシゴレンではなく、ナシレマッ (nasi lemak) です。ナシゴレンはマレー風チャーハンです。
1:09:55 トゥアス・セカンドリンク (Tuas Second Link) もありますので、シンガポールとマレーシアを結ぶ橋は2本あります。
2:01:20 の面はチャークイティオ (char kway teow)です。
2:13:10 のご飯はナシクラブ (nasi kerabu) です。味は普通のご飯とあまり変わらない印象です。
2:25:21 ナシゴレンではなく、多分チキンライスです。（左下に書いてありました）
スーツさんの趣味である寝台車乗車と大東亜共栄圏来訪がうまく合わさり、とても見応えがありました。行程にスーツさんらしさが前面に出ていて、できるだけいろんな種類の乗り物に乗ってやろうという気概が伝わってきました。
もちろんセールで買った安い航空券ですが😂
おそらく最初で最後のファーストクラスかもしれませんねw

個室寝台に乗ったのですがシャワー付きの部屋というなかなかの豪華仕様でした(その割に料金はそれほどでもなく)
ウッドランズからシンガポール市内中心部までは廃線になっていて、その遺構は「レールコリドー」という名称の遊歩道になっています。
中国人のお嫁さんと現地の方が結婚して出来たニョニャ料理が有名。朝食として適当に入店したお店の麺料理と飲茶が美味しかったな。
文化と文化が交差して、新しい文化❤になっている街で素敵でした。
マラッカバスターミナルと市街地は、普通にバスが走っています。遅延が多いけど。
