the "harry dresden" dude has actually been charged with i believe two counts of child molestation/harassment so it's interesting that he seemed to have hallucinated a girl screaming inside the house and was under the impression that the homeowner was abusing his daughter. i did feel bad for him prior to learning that information because he is clearly going through a mental health crisis and needs help but... hard to have sympathy for someone that abuses children

So apparently that guy who thought he was Harry Dresden was having a psychotic episode. Harry Dresden is a fictional character from some piece of media, and Victor (the name he calls the house owner) is another character who kidnapped someone's daughter in that media

22:32  I did some research and in summary "harry" was having a mental health crisis and victor and the girl he was looking for did not exist, only a pregnant mom and her son were in the house and the dad was at work rushing home. He had imagined a minor being taken hostage and sexually assaulted and wanted to save her. None of what he thought was real.

Found the actual case from this video. The dudes name is Jason Thomas Nichols, and was charged initially with 4 felonies but police recently added an additional charge of annoying and/or (as it hasn't been clarified yet) molestation of a minor.

The daughter he was searching for was five years old and had an interaction with her prior to the incident. Which is what lead to him at their house.
