For those struggling to find the video Harry’s referring to at 7:30, I ask you this question:

Why does somebody not know how to flush the toilet after they’ve had a shet?

Comparing the girl and the house fire to the Mona Lisa is fantastic

You two have such a sweet, funny and smart rapport. I truly enjoy this channel.

So funny. When you were talking about the first picture, I was thinking “oh, I hope they do the little girl at the fire!” And that was your very next one.

1:30 yes - it is. It was part of a complete shoot where the two ladies and the man end up friends and hanging out together. The other images are available, but obviously this is the only one meme-able.

The CEO and the Human Resources Manager at the Coldplay concert.

The fire girl reminds me of the movie "Firestarter". Definitely she started the fire.

"They're mid". I laughed waaaay too hard. 😂😂😂

Very much enjoyed your Dad’s insight into these images. Thank you. D

Harry doing "very good very nice!" Amazing. I spent a week singing that with my daughter (5) in Tenerife (where every beach trader now imitates that viral performance in the hopes of inspiring a sale!)

I always enjoy your videos. You make a great combination.

Some very good points, especially regarding the girl with the fire background. Also about the history of commercial photography when discussing that first stock image. Many photographers made a living making 'contrived' images for stock as, before micro-stock and a situation today when many photographers only make a few pounds out of selling images for a tiny amount. Stock photography has gone the way of music where bands make a small amount from streaming. You need something fairly unique to get a decent return.

I'd like to see more of this, given that Harry is very insightful about photography generally, not just his own. However, don't lose sight of the fact that this channel works mainly because of the insightful anecdotes about actual shoots from Harry's rich editorial history.

Really enjoyed this one, thanks guys.

I enjoyed this topic very much.  Interesting and amusing critiques.  The photo one with the little girl I like the best - both the photo and the comments 😊

Have you ever done a photoshoot of someone who doesn't have a reflection?
I think there's a market there.

Brilliant Vlog
Enjoyed your take Guys on various views of photography

Great channel ,

It’s your warmth on your work.

More of this style of content Guys.

Fabulous

😊🏴‍☠️

I mainly watch to see what your camera chooses to focus on...or not.

I think the first image is from a commercial campaign!

The Norman Cook print arrived yesterday many thanks, can't wait to put it on the wall. Such a great image.

The fire picture (2nd pic you discussed) reminds me of the Hipgnosis cover art for the Bad Company album 'Desolation Angels'). One is not sure whether the woman sabotaged the stranded car or not.
