"For $5 million you should be in your own postal code" 3 houses later "why am I on 35 acres theres nothing around" 😭😭😭😭

this feels like mr.beast if mr.beast wasn't a psychopath

props to mikey for getting the greatest side gig of all time - second channel editor to main channel cohost

The amount of dad jokes in this video is insane

mikey is genuinely one of if not my favourite guests on the channel, what an icon

No matter what state i'm in if i'm spending 5M I don't want to see any neighbors for at least a mile.

7:55  8:08 the irony of will complaining abt james giving the fans "crumbs" while also doing bits like these is hilarious

Put this on live tv, would be a peak show

I love that you can just tell how much fun Will and Mikey are having making jokes. Had me screeching with laughter on multiple occasions

As an architecture student, Will + Mikey looking at a bunch of houses is literally the best possible video ever, like I'm practically doing homework for fun right now

Didn't expect the George Clarke and James Marriott guest appearance

47:20 "people who love you" AND ITS JAMES?!??!?! SO MANY CRUMBS

7:55 do NOT let james see this.

Calfreezy becomes a food reviewer, Willne becomes a real estate agent. There are levels to this game.

mikey's monologue at the end omg. he needs to give another ted talk immediately

8:57 feels trippy watching this after Ryan Trahan and his wife travelled to this Frank Lloyd Wright house toward the beginning of their charity series

7:56 HOW DARE YOU TREAT YOUR HUSBAND, JAMES LIKE THAT WILLIAM. cheating bastard.

11:28 that JFK joke was diabolical 😂😂

as a media student, aspiring to make content like this and do videography like this, I have to applaud how great the entire production of this video was. From the script to the camera work, audio and editing, it was genuinely such a great video.

The disrespect to frank is ASTRONOMICAL 😭😭😂😂
