Painting with marble is definitely an easy Fluid art technique for beginners. All you need is acrylic paint mixed with pouring medium, canvas and marble.
This time I used just black, white and gold and left a lot of negative space, because I found my last painting with this marble technique little to busy.

Colours:
Amsterdam titanium white
Amsterdam oxide black
Pebeo iridescent precious gold

All my paints are mixed with Boesner Guardi acrylic binder and acrylic emulsion.

Love this!

My son took an art course in college and had to do pour paintings. He said he hated it and never wants to do it again.

I sent him your video from yesterday with the marble. At 1:30 am this morning. He tested and said “Mom, let’s go get the paint colors I like when I come home this weekend. I’m going to do that!”

Thank you for getting my son wanting to spend his time home with me painting!

So mesmerizing to watch the marble swirl through the paint! I found myself tilting my phone so that the marble wouldn't fall off!🤣 Love it!

I love the effect data marble produces. You are so right about the tiny lines. The results that you get are very organic and clean looking. Another bonus to using the marble is that you do not scrape the canvas.

Using a marble is the coolest idea ever!!! When you added the second puddle my thought was “Oh no, why did she do that? It looks great already”. I should have known you knew what you were doing. The painting is wonderful!!!
