Melissa is the kind of employee you want at your restaurant because she makes people want to come back again because they feel so welcome and so cared about while they're ordering

I miss the day when we used to look forward to fast food. Subway. Burger King. We didn’t know how good we had it back when the ice cream machine always worked.

The lady from the first drive thru was so sweet 🥹😭😭

Ryan might be the only person thats go through a drive through and then go inside the restaurant to eat.

I met Ryan Trahan during the making of this video on his way to fazolis, at the airport! Guys I have to say first hand, Ryan is just as genuine and kind in person as he is in the videos! He inspires me, and getting to meet him was one of the most amazing and exciting experiences of my life. Thank you Ryan for all that you do and all the lives that you touch with your undying positivity!!!

I hope Melissa gets a raise, promotion, wins the lotto everything.  And you Ryan are a kind person and so freaking hilarious, never change.

I don't care how many likes this comment gets, I will not do any pushups

"How are you out of ice? It's snowing." somehow made me laugh SO HARD

Ryan is the proof that if you treat people nicely, they will treat you nicely back. No one can be rude to such a genuine human being

The reason ryan never gets terrible service is genuinely because of how friendly and nice he is, he just seems like a really nice person to talk to

Melissa's attitude is just making me so happy, I can't believe it

“They rung you up two” proceeds to say free ice coffee

As a citizen of Omaha, the way you bit into the Runza just blew my mind. I can’t process what I just watched. Why.

"If you walked into my restaurant lookling like that, I'd forget how to speak English too." Had me dying! 😭😭🤣🤣

This man Ryan is a perfect example of “you’ll find what you’re looking for” out in the world. If you look for negativity then you will find it, but if you look for positivity you can find that too. There’s so much negativity being cycled around every media source that I’m glad when I watch a video from Ryan I can be reassured that there is still so much good in the world!

Notice how everyone else gets bad food but Ryan doesn't

As somebody who works in retail I love these videos debunking entitled assholes. Thank you for not doing the no foam thing.

15:42 imagine if that woman was Isabella who didn't get her ranch again 😂

Oh my word… I instantly recognized that Fazoli’s and I knew EXACTLY why it was on this list. I have door dashed from that Fazoli’s several times and it’s always an insane wait time, the drive thru is always slow or closed, and the staff is rude, too. To be fair, it’s always been around dinnertime so that may be a factor but it did not surprise me when that building popped up and I knew it instantly 😂 what a world

"I am crying because something happened" got me rolling to mars
