Swim was ok for the general public. 2.0 and Hooligan is for the fans.

The girl with the swords in the video is an ARMY—always defending BTS.👑💜

The model and the sword athlete in the hooligan mv are:

-Soo Joo Park: a world-renowned South Korean-American supermodel, she was the FIRST asian global spokesperson for the brand l'Oreal.
-Sohyun: Korean sword dancer (geommu) and instructor. She won first place at the 2017 Olympia World Martial Arts competition.

RM was right . . . J-Hope is going crazy in this album. RM also said in an article that J-Hope also knows quickly which songs are best for spectacular performances.

4:10 That's us.... ARMY

BTS seeing us ARMY as such baddies is such flex.

They went back to their roots, a hip-hop group.

🔥🔥🔥🔥 Can you believe they was gone for 4 years because of military service and they came back mature and dropped a 🔥 album.

The Butter, Dynamite and PTD poppy US radio friendly songs are not really a good representation of their songs and work. They have like 300 songs and they play around with a lot of genres. Which means there literally is something for everyone. And they are some huge music nerds.

If you get to the album, the lower half slows down and they experiment with different eras of sounds. One has a grungy 90s feel and another a little 70s sound. And swim fits well within the album.

With any MV in another language I usually give it three watches. 1st just to watch and take in the music. 2nd to read the subs and understand the lyrics. 3rd to watch the visuals,camera work and dance. So don't feel obligated to watch with subs if you don't want to the first time. but with BTS their lyrics usually has deeper meaning so always good to go look up afterwards again.

The highlight of the video is V, from the vocal line, rapped the last hahaha part of the song. He is their most versatile member of the group with the widest vocal range of the group. His name is Kim Taehyung. Interesting fact if you look up the letter V on google he will pop up. Also if you look for the MOST HANDSOME MAN IN THE WORLD he pops up. He is the only member that was in special forces in the South Korean Army. All of the members have their niche and are amazing artists. 👍🏼🫶🏼✌🏼🐯👑💜♥️

There's 3 rappers in BTS, they all did solo work too:
- Suga (august D when not with bts), the trilogy daewchita, haegeum, amygdala is fire
- J-hope killing it girl or chicken noodle soup
- RM I recommend Joke or lonely
There is also music with only the 3 rappers like ddaeng
The vocalists too did solo works that are soo good

I LOVE this album. Can't get enough of listening to it, watching others react to it. I can't wait for other music videos. Each song on the album is fire!!!

Swim was about Army. The woman was Army (BTS fans) having challenges through life and BTS were beside her watching and supporting her

@VI-Porto-Gal 6 months ago

Swim has a lot of back story. Worth the trip

Omg please do the album listen for Arirang. You are missing out

@RiskyPomegranate 6 months ago

Do two watch throughs! First one with no subs to get the vibe, and then the second time with the lyrics! Don’t worry about it being too long or something, ARMY will watch! 💜
