i feel the exact way about getting sick, i’ve been soooo anxious to be sick

I understand you perfectly , I'm terrified of vomiting or having complaints, to the point of distancing myself from my family if any of them are infected. I suffer terribly, to the point of panic attacks, not eating, etc. It's very distressing, and almost no one understands these kinds of phobias or sees them as silly, but it's a really bad experience

my boyfriend has ocd and it’s hard for him and sad for me to see him struggling, so seeing you open up about this was impactful for me. i hope you find peace and resolve. Acceptance is key!

aw girl i relate SO much with the anxiety about being sick and stuff. i have horrible emetophobia too, ive had it since i was little, and my dad got food poisoning the other night and i ran upstairs to get away from it SHAKING and sitting in my room with anxiety on the verge of tears 😭 i havent been sick in probably 5 years which im so thankful for because i despise getting sick. you’re not alone! wishing you and all your loved ones a healthy and safe rest of winter 💗

As a fellow OCD girlie I completely relate, these past few weeks have also been so awful for me and its been sending me down a spiral so this video came at the perfect time. And I totally understand how you feel about getting sick, and what stinks is with my anxiety and OCD not only do I spiral about potentially getting sick but also coming off selfish for not wanting to be around my loved ones who are sick because no one seems to understand my brain 🥲. just know you’re not alone !

I have OCD and anxiety as well and getting sick is one of my biggest fears with these disorders. I really relate to how you described the feeling of impending doom, taking all the vitamins, etc. when someone around you doesn't feel well. I also have a super hard time in winter. came across this at the best time- i've probably cried more just this week than I have for the whole year, every time i watch your content it just feels more authentic than anything else. i so feel you on the thing about getting sick, it's one of my BIGGEST fears. i think the world's energy right now is just off as a whole but we're all 100% gonna come back from this and be even better soon

Honestly I feel you with the sickness, being sick sucks, whenever I get sick I start thinking “ what if this leads to my death? “ or “ I should have tried to stay healthy “ and as a student it sucks to be sick.
