1. CHICKEN IN CREAM SAUCE WITH BROCCOLI
Ingredients (2 servings):
400g chicken breast
200ml 30% cream
300g broccoli
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons butter
50g grated yellow cheese
Salt, pepper, paprika
Thyme (optional)
Preparation:
Cut the chicken into pieces, season with salt and pepper. Sauté in butter until golden brown (5-7 min).
Add the garlic and sauté for 1 min. Pour in the cream, cheese, and spices. Simmer for 10 min.
Steam or blanch the broccoli. Serve the chicken with the sauce and broccoli.

2. ROASTED PORK NECK WITH VEGETABLES
Ingredients (2 servings):
400g pork neck (sliced)
1 zucchini
1 bell pepper
200g mushrooms
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Rosemary, thyme
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cut the pork neck into slices, season with salt and pepper. Chop the vegetables into thick slices.
Toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic, and herbs. Place in an ovenproof dish.
Place the meat on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Grill the last 5 minutes to brown the crust.

3. BEEF STIR-FRY WITH ZUCCHINI AND PEPPER
Ingredients (serves 2):
400g beef (entrecote or roast beef)
1 zucchini
1 red pepper
150g fresh spinach
3 tablespoons coconut oil or olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce (sugar-free)
1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
2 cloves garlic
Sesame seeds (optional)
Preparation:
Slice the beef into thin strips. Slice the vegetables into strips. Heat a wok or large frying pan.
Fry the meat over high heat for 2-3 minutes (in batches). Set the meat aside, add the vegetables, and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Return the meat and spinach to the pan. Fry for 1-2 minutes, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
