"Negative video", no, it was a realistic one, this is what life is, so thank you for sharing. I wish you the best with your health. ♥

we are full of fake people that set up a "perfect" life for the internet. Your vulnerability is a gift, it reminds us that you are human and living an ordinary life.
Please take care! Surround yourself with love ♡

Hey Helen, no need to apologise and no, you're not being negative. You're allowed to sit with your situation and emotions, even though they cause discomfort. I'm so sorry you've had a rough month but hopefully this is a temporary issue and you'll soon make a speedy recovery. Give yourself space and grace with everything. You're doing great! 🙌 Thank you for sharing and being so honest. 🙏🏼💕

I feel for you Helen. I dealt with horrible rashes all over my body, which got worse with running and exercise. I felt like I was allergic to my own sweat. No medication worked and I was constantly sleep deprived. After 10 years of suffering, I went to a dermatologist who took biopsies and got a diagnosis that I had never heard of. I received phototherapy and I have been clear for over a year. Please seek a dermatologist who will take your symptoms seriously.

I usually lurk rather than comment, but I wanted to send support and hugs. You're not being negative. Life gets so overwhelming, and talking it out can help a lot. Like other commenters, I also had a mystery skin condition that other doctors fobbed off. Then I saw a dermatologist and got a diagnosis that I can barely pronounce. But I finally had a proper diagnosis and thus proper treatment. All the best wishes for you. 💜

This video will help a lot of people process and document their own challenges so thank you for sharing it. Love to you, friend and I hope you’re back to normal strength soon ❤❤❤

Thanks for being real and raw about your highs and lows, as we all have them, and you never know who you are helping with your videos. My 94 year old grandma, now asleep in the Lord, always said through the tough times - things will get better. It was her mantra. Wishing you all the best for your health. This is not a negative video at all. BTW, I love the BC washi tape too

I am so sorry to hear you are doing trough this tough time. It is very hard to deal with the feeling of Not being heard. or Not being understood. I just appreciate for you being real and open. Hope you feel better emotionally, mentally, and physically soon.

Helen, your videos are so calming. And journaling is so therapeutic. Thank you for making me discover the joy and catharsis of journaling. ❤️❤️

some of this comments section is not it. you share your vulnerability because this is a community you’ve fostered, not some tabloid that requires you to put on a front. people who are going through similar things can also know that they’re not alone. continue to take care of yourself, continue to advocate for yourself, and continue to do you.

and as your friend, people like this don’t know you. they don’t know the details or what you have endured or overcome. i hope they either hop on board and take several seats or hop off. rooting for you always! ❤

I hope you get better soon! Regarding the update, your planners and notebooks look wonderful, as always.

Thank you so much for the insight into your notebooks, planners, and journals - and for the insight into the ups and downs of life. I, and many others, so appreciate that you are honest with how you are feeling and how much what we WANT to happen can be interrupted by REALITY. The beautiful thing about that is that expectations, whether our own or imposed by others, are not steadfast rules, laws, or truths. So we can hear them, but don't have to live by them. I hope that you feel better soon and continue to find joy and strength in doing what is best for yourself - which includes being able to vent ❤

Helen, I’m so sorry you’re going through it right now. It’s so tough. Your video wasn’t negative, it was real, and I love that you always keep it real. Take care of you and remember that we’re all rooting for you. 🩵. Hugs Dearheart! 🥰

Helen, I hope you're taking this the way I intend it 😘 I'm not a nosy person and hate telling people what to do, but YOU NEED A BREAK. I'm currently on sick leave for burnout and I can see the same signs in the things you're mentioning. My heart goes out to you and I hope you can find comfort in the company of your lovely family and that you can have a less hectic time once planner seasons is over. Huge hugs and just know that we're here for you! ❤

We are all with you Helen. We all have different struggles with health, work, family, relationships, etc. It is all a part of life and those of us that follow your channel do appreciate your realness with us. We are all pulling for you. I hope you had a day or so of enjoyment at the SF Pen show. 🥰

This video wasn't negative at all-to me, it was a realistic one. I wish you the best with your health and I hope you (and all of us, honestly) have a really good September because boy we need it
