Thirteen-year-old Manon adores Yannick Noah: she listens to his songs on repeat, is interested in African culture, and even wrote a long letter to the singer, telling him he was "like a second dad" to her. The letter was returned to her… but what she doesn't know is that Stars à Domicile has decided to make her dream come true right at her school.

That day, during French class, the teacher asks each student to prepare a text about their favorite artist. Manon reads aloud two moving pages addressed to Yannick Noah, under the watchful eyes of her classmates… when suddenly, the classroom door opens, the musicians enter, and Yannick Noah begins to sing "Simon Papa Tara" right in the middle of class.
