"They'll be the Architects of their own Destruction, Long Live The Empire".

“There are things in the universe that are simply and purely evil. A warrior does not seek to understand them, or to compromise with them. He seeks only to obliterate them.”

This video shows how much the cycle of Star Wars keeps repeating itself over and over again. No wonder Star Wars keeps getting more spinoffs. They show the cycle of war and how dangerous it is.

God I love the Imperial Remnant

Absolutely stunning!
I particulary liked the part where Thrawn says "They'll be the architects of their own destruction" and We immediately cut to Senator Xiono after having stated that He saw "no immediate threat to this Republic".

Using the star wars visions's stormtrooper episode while speaking of operation cinder was a brutal masterpiece. Well done !

Star Wars as a franchise has a lot of ups and downs in terms of quality. Quality of writing, acting, effects, directing. So many variances and variables. I say that to say this: you do an amazing job of using all of it and making it all look, sound, feel good and meaningful. This video really shows what George might have been trying to say with "It rhymes." The first Republic missed the threat of Sidious and the Jedi were complacent leading the Empire which fell when it grew complacent and missed the threat of the Rebellion, leading to the New Republic missing the threat of the Remants/First Order/Thrawn and growing complacent until they were destroyed too. Thanks for the videos, it's really good to have someone using such a wide and storied franchise to make amazing fan videos to keep the magic alive. And with some of them, keeping Hope alive too.

SWFT you genuinely don’t miss

I love the narrative you've been crafting with the last few videos. I certainly hope ending of this one with Maarva's speech, your next video begins with "There has been an awakening."

And this might not mean much, but thank you for accepting Star Wars as a whole. The good and the bad. When we live with so many people who want to act like certain parts of the universe don't count and are incredibly condescending about it, I love seeing your edits that show it all as part of a bigger picture. Prequels, Originals, Sequels, Andor, Maul, Clone Wars, Visions, Rebels, novels, all of it. Your work is amazing.

Man you have done it again - phenomenal edit, beautifully showcasing the tragedy of the cycle of repeating history, how the evil is never gone and we must do everything to stop it time and time again, because if we forget the lessons of history or get too comfortable - we lose.

Maarva's speech about the wound at the center of the Galaxy and the Empire being a disease is something I could hear Kreia say.

Thank you for making some sense of the current Post-ROTJ content they're doing with the Imperial Remnant going into the sequels. They've clearly got a vision, and it's a good vision, but between the multiple shows, I feel like people are getting lost and not seeing how the pieces on the board fit together yet

Another incredible piece!

And Baylan's words, sadly, are so true.

This channel is the only thing that makes me look at all parts of Star Wars as a beautiful tapestery, good or bad, and allows me to accept it as one
Star Wars means so much to me, and it really hurts to have stuff not make sense (sequels basically), but this channel really helps see the rhyming poetry in it and I am very thankful for it

The Remnant being led by the one who would've been the Empire's greatest leader. The galaxy was robbed of the likes of Emperor Thrawn

@unfilteredlens 3 months ago

BRAVO! Another masterpiece! This is the one video that helps STAR WARS fans connect the lunacy of the "First Order" in the Sequel Trilogy to the rest. Not to say there was a plan for the ST, but this edit is the only way to explain it.
