Turn a Kia PV5 Passenger into a two berth camper for just over £1,000, with
no cutting and no drilling. This is the full fitting guide, filmed on a
customer's van in our workshop at Hellingly.

We launch our new PV5 Passenger centre console in this one, then fit it
alongside a pair of Rusty Lee swivel bases and our own Multi Purpose Bed
Platform. Three parts, an afternoon's work, and the van sleeps two.

🛠️ WHAT WE FITTED, AND WHAT IT COSTS

🪑 PV5 Passenger Centre Console, £176.40
Replaces the original console so the front seats can swivel. Triple cup
holders with retaining straps, storage for keys and phones, a dedicated
space to relocate your V2L socket, and a built in air vent for rear
passengers. Hex ply with hand finished edges. Reversible, no cutting or
drilling, all fixings included.

🔄 Rusty Lee Single Swivel Base, £189.00 each, two needed, £378.00
Driver or passenger side. Needs the centre console to work. Current lead
time is 14 working days.

🛏️ Multi Purpose Bed Platform, from £475.00
Our own manufacture, 15mm phenolic hex birch ply. Slots together with no
tools in under five minutes. 1/3 and 2/3 split so you can run it as a
single or a double, and it doubles as a load platform, a bulkhead divider
or rear seating. 1380mm wide by 1815mm long with 22cm of storage
underneath. Flat packs away when you want the seats back.
