Join me for a Friday night walking tour through Prague in 4K HDR. Starting at Senovážné náměstí around 8:30 PM, we make our way through the Old Town, along Pařížská Street and towards the Vltava river.

I had been looking forward to this walk all day. But even when you love walking, sometimes getting out of the house takes a little encouragement. Without you, I might have spent the evening in front of the television with a warm drink. Having someone to share the walk with made all the difference.

And what an evening to be outside: almost 20°C, surprisingly few people, and the lights of Prague reflected in the shop windows. Along Pařížská Street, illuminated façades, trees and the patterned pavement give us plenty to notice as we wander towards the river.
We begin with a few personal words, then settle into the walk itself — watching people pass, listening to the streets and enjoying the city after dark. There’s room to follow the little details, or simply let your thoughts wander.The weekend is beginning, although I’ll be back at work on Saturday. For now, there’s still this evening to enjoy.
