As an aging woman, I know there is enormous pressure to get Botox or surgeries, and some people find enormous relief and comfort from those procedures.

But, for me, my wrinkles are like a map of all my experiences. Laugh lines from all the evenings I spent with friends and strangers, telling stories. Brow creases from concentrating on so many excellent books. Frown lines from all the tears spilled for all those I've loved and lost and found again.

When I see those lines on others' faces, I don't think they're ugly, I think they're beautiful because I get the privilege of seeing someone who has lived a life full of what it means to be a human being. I see someone who isn't afraid to show that they have suffered, and experienced great joy. Someone who has taken the cards they've been dealt and done the best they could.

I really appreciate that Maria addresses the importance of loving oneself beyond our bodies and faces.

My blessing to you, no matter who you are or where you are in the world, is:  May you enjoy something remarkable about this imperfect life today and dwell on what is lovely and kind.

Please do a face tracing video with these books! They’re so amazing and your movements and hand gestures gives insane visual triggers

When she turned the page and revealed both kanye and elon I couldn't stop laughing

Me: Oh cool! Robert De Niro!
Maria: Ohhh yes Meryl Streep!
Covers De Niro's face
😂😂😂

kanye west and elon musk in the same segment is crazy work i'm not gonna lie

Having Elon and Kanye facing each other is hilarious to me.

I now need a full video of nothing but Maria complimenting Meryl Streep as if she were in the room. It was so genuine and heartfelt, a very sweet moment. 3:32

I wish for a full video of magazine/book tracing & showing us / over describing the hair, makeup ect on the models. It’s SO RELAXING

You should do a viewer color analysis video where people submit a photo of themselves on a white background just like this!

Kanye and Elon on the same pages 😭😭😭 seeing that in 2025 is crazy

The author/publisher of this book should sponsor you at this point. These color analysis videos are my fave! Thank you as always for your content Maria!

"everyday I think of getting botox and then I think of women like YOU" you're wonderful, and beautiful, Maria. so glad to see you're aware of your true value 🤍 it's not on the outside.

Maria is the Meryl Streep of ASMR!

Surprised by the fear of aging.. my mom always says that you should never be sad to age, but rather be (extremely) grateful that we get to age!
Thinking about people who don’t get to do that will humble you towards grey hair or wrinkles.. it’s an extremely small “issue” that we shouldn’t spend a lot of energy on ❤️

I have sensory issues so when I need to escape and calm down I always turn on your videos. They are safe sensory experiences

I would love a video with this book without the color analysis. Just tapping, tracing, talking about the different facial features of these amazing pictures. Ahhhh so relaxing. Please make this, Maria! 🙏🏽

Me: Oh! Maria has a new video!! starts arranging pillows and blankets on the couch
My boyfriend: are you going to SLEEP right now???

Another summer afternoon nap for this teacher courtesy of Maria 🥰

it would be great if you do only some tracing on this book! your hand movements give me so many tingles! love from turkey :)

Meryl Streep is such a strikingly and distinctively beautiful woman.

Idk why I feel so comforted looking at all of these different faces. I love all of their uniqueness 😍
