i know his ant. delts are getting blasted but they get so much work in most other exercises, its almost a waste of time to work them more. They get a lot of work on chest day, arm day, and are a huge helper in all lateral delt work. Then you train them more and people wonder why they are so overgrown. Much respect to Branch, he is true motivation.
I think branch gone from being one of the worst bodybuilders to one of the best in a very short period of time. To watch him nowadays is just pure inspiration. His second placing in olympia was toutching and he deserved no less.
"Yeah light weight fucka!!! " ... we dun hear tat in the gym all the time lols.. anyway tis guy is truly an inspiration.. depsite few muscle tears.. he still trains like a beast and even gotten 2nd place during tis yr olympia... he deserves it..!!!
@melos230 injuries. Two excellent examples are branch warren and ronnie coleman. Anyhow, this explains how our top pros continue to get bigger year on year without training hard (strict sets - to keep the muscle working without using any momentum, AND to failure to force the muscle to adapt). What the pros should be doing if their intellect matched their genetix is to train harder within each set and take plenty of time off to allow TOTAL system recovery between sessions, NOT simply...TBC
Branch trains like a beast. And to Markerer below..if you eat clean enough..and train at this intensity (hydrate enough too) you really do not need cardio unless your competing. You can get pretty lean training 5 days a week this intense. But you need proper supplementation (not gear) and ALOT of rest.
He is Hard Core. Strong as hell, thick muscles, and a real competitor.
Go Branch!!
