There is a word your freezer box is not allowed to use, and almost none of them use it. The word is
hamburger, and a hamburger may only be beef, beef fat and seasoning. No added water, no phosphate,
no binder, no filler.

Now read the front of the box in your own freezer. It says patties, or it says burgers, and the
reason it says that is printed on the second line of the back. Water second on a box of beef. Soy
protein third. Four hundred and seventy milligrams of salt in a patty the size of a coaster.

Three at the end have one word on the panel, and the cheapest of those three costs five dollars
