We traveled to the Imoni festival to eat from the largest bowl of soup in Japan in Yamagata prefecture! No one could have prepared us for the scale of the bowl and the industrial equipment it took to make this huge meal as well as how many volunteers were involved in the event. It was a very unique festival with a delicious giant bowl of soup to keep everyone warm in the rain!
