We open Part Two at Horse Guards after the Police outriders had departed Downing Street and with yet more tourists arriving from The Palace and along Whitehall. Soon the numbers become an issue and multiple visitors step across the white line.
One group in particular seemed absolutely clueless and clearly did not understand when told to move back. Then one idiot decided it might be 'fun' to touch the horse - The King's Guard quickly set him straight by shouting loudly in his face in front of the crowd.
