Whole rib rack, skewered ribs, flank steak, pork loin, chicken and sausage were meticulously prepared by barbecue master Marcelo Schardosim.
Rincão Gaudério was one of over 200 rustic, lodge-like structures set up at the encampment site in Harmonia Park. The park transforms into a veritable city dedicated to regional values, where the barbecue is always the main attraction.
Guests enjoyed a pleasant time in an atmosphere reminiscent of rural life on the ranches of the Gaucho countryside, savoring a simple, flavorful barbecue free of unnecessary frills.
