With a "stock" Pistelle X-68 the difference is noticeable at about 4-6 joules. My Gen2 has a slightly ":smaller" barrel than the stock Pistelle x-68. It shoots .684 AR 9.9 (10)g better than .685 8.2g AR, which get stuck when manually inserting them. Maybe it's a batch thing. I carry the Gen2, even though it is thicker. I actually fits better in my "belly-band" holster system). It's the "only" system that works for me. No baggy clothes required. (just can't be "tapered" for snug fit) With the Gen2 ability to fire shaped projectiles, if desired, I see no reason to spend $200+ more for a Pistelle X-68. The Gavle's powert drops off much faster than the Gen2. Keep up the good work.

Beware of the spring upgrade. Some having trouble after several shots. Check it out. I was watching a couple  of u tubers the spring was not straight after awhile. Js.. great video. I git 2 x 68 one intrubuster. 2 salt S2s. Byrna LE. Byrna only pepper.js..🤷‍♂️

Can you do a video on the specific o-ring sizes for the IB Gen 2?

I saw a video that DK did a while back on a couple of Carbine kits that tou designed for the X68, are you planning on doing something similar for the IB Gen 2.

Which of the two do you recommend? I want a home defense weapon because I can get the X68 for €386 ($446).
