I got asked about what books I read and what I do for my workouts etc so it became a monologue about all the things I value about this little human experience on this 3rd rock from the sun that we call life.

Thank you for talking about weight training. I’m almost 60 and it has been life changing for me. My body has become so much stronger, I can get up and down from the floor easily and lift my grandchildren. It’s totally worth the time investment. ❤

I haven't received any notification, I live in London UK so maybe because of time difference... Please don't get discouraged we learn most from mistakes, maybe next time put a community post in advance about the day and time you get live, then a reminder like an hour before. At least that's what I've seen other creators doing. ❤

Hey Arlene, I actually caught you at 6pm on the day of the live, by accident. I didn’t know anything about the live, but I was with you until you disconnected. Tried to catch you at 630p, but couldn’t find you. I am awful at attending lives. I’m usually late catching them, life just be life-ing over here. I’m looking at the video now and so far it’s very interesting. So you got my support always, no matter the content. I do love it when you talk about Fitness though, because you have a lot of good recommendations, advice, suggestions. In general when you’re talking about Health, .you share a lot of good valuable information, that I find valuable in my “aging with grace” series of life. With that in mind, don’t stop your videos. They still have a lot of value to us. Though I am a perfume girly. I do care about my health. You do keep me engaged from skin care, to weight, to muscle strengthening, to good health through food and even my moments of self reflection!. So I know I’m not the only one that missed your Live and got caught up with life. You do have an audience, we do care, we do listen, we hear you…we’re just late to the party, sometimes 💕

I feel really bad, I have my PG entrance exam tomorrow and I was so busy that i couldn't catch up with the update, I didn't get any recommendation but usually I specifically go on your channel to catch up which I couldn't this time, not an excuse but when you posted your short there was night here and I was asleep.
