🌴 MARINA RUBICÓN PLAYA BLANCA

We start beside the Barceló Playa Blanca area and head towards Marina Rubicón.

Marina Rubicón, also commonly searched as Marina Rubicon, is one of the main areas to visit around Playa Blanca. There are shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, boats and places to stop for an ice cream or coffee while walking around the marina.

We show you the area as we experience it rather than just showing the polished tourist version.

🛍️ SHOPPING IN PLAYA BLANCA

We look around the Rubicón shopping area and some of the useful shops nearby.

You will see clothing shops, cafés, a HyperDino Express supermarket, holiday essentials, an electrical shop and other places that could be useful if you are staying in Playa Blanca.

It is not a huge shopping centre, but if you are staying near Marina Rubicón or Barceló Playa Blanca, there is quite a lot within walking distance.

⛳ THINGS TO DO IN PLAYA BLANCA WITH KIDS

We also stop at Palm Safari Adventure Golf.

During our visit it was €9 for an adult and €7.50 for children for a round, making it one possible family activity if you want something different from the beach or swimming pool.

There are also small children's rides, playground areas and plenty to look at around the marina.

🚕 LANZAROTE TAXIS OR HIRE CAR?

🍴 MARINA RUBICÓN RESTAURANTS & BARS

We walk around the waterfront looking at some of the restaurants and bars around Marina Rubicón.

There are Italian restaurants, tapas, Tex-Mex, Indian food, cafés, bars, seafood, steaks and plenty of places with marina views.

We pass places including Oasis Marina Bay, Jungle Vibes and Mumbai Masala and take a look at some of the menus and prices.

🧺 MARINA RUBICÓN MARKET

The Marina Rubicón market is on during our visit, so we walk through the stalls and show what you can expect.

There are handmade products, gifts, jewellery, glass items, aloe vera products, clothing and typical holiday market stalls.

🛥️ MARINA RUBICÓN WALK

Further into Marina Rubicón we look at the boardwalk, boats, restaurants, fish in the water and some of the more expensive yachts.

We also visit Jungle Vibes, look at boat-trip options and continue around the restaurants before finishing the walk.
