New potato and onion croquettes
4 potatoes, 1/2 onion, 150g minced meat, 1 tbsp sake, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar, salt and pepper

Steamed rice with fresh ginger and beef
60g fresh ginger, 100g beef, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil

Boiled burdock and watercress
1/2 tablespoon white dashi, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, pinch of salt, a little roasted sesame seeds

Arugula, yuba and citrus salad
2 teaspoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon mascarpone, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, pinch of salt

Lotus root with yukari
100g lotus root, 2 tablespoons sushi vinegar, 1 tablespoon yukari, 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Savoy cabbage stuffed with salmon
