An another playthrough in Kratus's SoR2 hacks with the Street Fighter characters.
This time I am playing as Vega (aka Balrog). He is a Spanish assassin, who works for M.Bison's organization named Shadowloo.
Sometimes I don't understand why in the Japanese version he was originally named Balrog, since Balrog was a gigantic demon Gandalf fought against in Lord of the Rings.
The special moves:
Forward, Forward, Attack - Sky High Claw
Special - Backflip
Forward, Special - Flying Barcelona Attack
Attack+Jump (Rear move) - Middle stab
Grab, jump, backward+attack (to the opponent's backside) - Rolling Crystal Flash
Grab, jump, attack - Throw (Like Skate Hunter in the normal Streets of Rage 2, you have to press attack before you end vaulting to an enemy's backside)

(With Mr. X defeated, the Syndicate building is on fire, while X’s henchmen flee; Vega watches from inside a Shadaloo helicopter)
Vega: Run, run, run, you ugly little vermin. I hope you learned that no one trumps the beauty of Shadaloo.
(He notices Shiva carrying an unconscious Mr. X away from the burning building)
Vega: So, the disgusting Syndicate leader lives...
(Shiva is then surrounded by a group of cops, led by Chun-Li)
Vega: And the nosy Interpol wench is there, too. Feh! I’d doesn’t matter. My mission is complete. (Takes off his mask) Farewell, Mr. X. May you rot in peace.
