Jupiter in Leo 2026: Swallowed by Ketu | Crows & Crones, Part II

Over the coming weeks you will hear it everywhere: Jupiter is moving into Leo, the great benefic, your good fortune for the year ahead. He does move. Before dawn on Halloween, Jupiter crosses into Leo. What few mention is who is already sitting there.
Ketu, the tail of the serpent, sits on the throne of Magha. And on his way out of Leo, he takes Jupiter with him. Part II follows the planet of wisdom through eight months in the shadow: swallowed on the throne, beaten in a war by a warrior with almost no light, released for exactly one week, then pulled back into the serpent's coil until June 2027. And all the while Saturn holds Jupiter's own house, until the two pass each other on the stairs.
In this episode:
Why Jupiter in Leo 2026 is not the lucky year the sign-by-sign readings promise?
The gandanta, the knot between water and fire, and the five crossings that shape the whole period
11 November: Jupiter swallowed by Ketu in Magha
16 November: the war between Mars and Jupiter, and the shadow warrior on the throne
December: the nodes change signs, Saturn turns forward, Jupiter turns back
The long winter in Ashlesha: three touches of the shadow
June 2027: Saturn steps into debilitation as Jupiter climbs out
Crows & Crones is a three-part sub-series of Planetary Weather, Vol. 11:
Part I: The Ancestors' Due [Pitru Paksha 2026: Ketu on the Throne of t...]
Part II: The Swallowed Wisdom
Part III: The Shape of Things to Come (the new Rahu-Ketu axis, and what helps)
