3 recipes with long Sicilian courgette

They gave me this vegetable unknown to me until last year and today I have to make some recipes. Thanks to the suggestions of a Sicilian friend of mine, here are 3 recipes for you with the long Sicilian courgette.
❤️ First recipe. Stew in a pan, the ingredients:
700 g of courgette
2 cloves of garlic
Parsley
Salt and pepper
extra virgin olive oil
100ml. hot water
❤️ Second recipe. Stuffed in the oven, the ingredients:
1 kg of courgette
3 medium potatoes
3 anchovy fillets
150 g of tuna in oil
40 g of breadcrumbs
10 g of capers
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Parsley
Extra virgin olive oil
❤️ Third recipe Fried meatballs in a pan, the ingredients:
1 kg of courgette
3 medium potatoes
Salt and pepper
Parsley
1 egg
40 g parmesan
40 g breadcrumbs
Seed oil for frying
