When you said, “The beat changed🤔” Bless your heart baby, that’s called a bridge.☺️

I’m a 60 year old white guy and this was my favorite album in high school. It’s on my phone in its entirety to this day

We "old heads" did have the best music, young man! But it's good to see many of the young people today learning about these classic gems!👍😊😊

Apparently you should have been born in the 70s. Groove and soul was the culture.

I’m sitting here getting emotional watching him digging this for the first time. He was probably conceived during this song!!

Maurice, the man himself started with the Ramsey Trio as the percussionist. When he formed EWF, he was looking for someone to sing the "man's" voice...since Phillip was already the falsetto. So, Mo sang those ballads like this. He and Phillip sang ALL the vocals in their recordings. NO other group could produce like EWF! Even back in the day, their cassette and vinyl music sounded the best!! Burnin' Bush my man!! Maurice preaching in that one!!

Love to see our young men appreciate songs from my preteen years. To get a true appreciation for this track please listen to the instrumental. Straight fire!!

Glad the young people of today are finding the performers & music we dearly loved & grew up with. Raw emotion, feeling, talent (no auto tune), showmanship... ❤️❤️❤️. NEVER gets old!
