In our TENTH episode of Saltwater Hitman, we finally catch the elusive mangrove snapper. We also get ourselves a nice croaker and fat redfish. The day starts out slow, but as the tide rises, things quickly pick up. Like always, this is a classic catch & cook. We prepare our fish in various methods (stovetop blackened, dutch oven, and baked), each delicious in their own way.
