"To sleep to"
*proceeds to have obnoxious buttrock blasting over the whole video

i can't sleep to this music 💔💔

"If you look at Rouge in first person, she Winks at you" feels like a silly fake playground rumor

"Sleep upload"
Starts with rock music. Smh

Crazy that hatsune miku got her chance to be in a sonic racing game all these years later

There is something funny about how Cream using Cheese to attack people was partly done to help her retain that cute design philosophy, yet in the fandom the phrase “Cheese, get ‘im” is used as a bit of a meme to point out how comically vicious this design is in practice,

Ah, yeah! This is happenin'!

We are so back

27:20 i mean, everyone liked that bit tho, lol. Sounds like a gun agent trying to read a mission script.
Also props to sega for hiring talented sonic game fans.
36:48 thats SUCH a fun name for a studio, sounds exactly like a city tower too.
44:07 now thats just wholesome.

THANK GOD I CAN GO TO SLEEP TONIGHT

Woah! Speedy the Porcupine facts? What a day to have lungs!

The rainbow gem being a super sonic transformation item would've been insane in the final build omg

What are those ghostly voices that keep popping up as one section fades into the next?

1:36 I love the fact the design team actually went to real ruins to design the Master Emerald Shrine,I can feel the passion for the craft of game design from this little story.

3:41 I'm 95% sure he was directly inspired by biollante from godzilla. they have nearly identical form, same head, body shape, jaws and tentacles. It's even more reinforced knowing that the metal sonic prototype in the mystic ruins eggman base uses mechagodzilla design elements, I think they even confirmed that

I have gone many sleepless nights without thee, never depart me again my beloved.

Fun fact about the voice acting in Sonic adventure: According to Ryan Drummond, when they were recording their lines, the majority of lines were just him reading the line for the first time, and voice director just accepting it without retakes. He also said the "Watch out, you're gonna crash! Ahh!" line was just him reading the line out loud and wasn't even supposed to be a take. That’s why Sonic Adventure’s voice acting is quite subpar (also the fact that it was the first Sonic game with voice acting.)

Dust Hill’s art actually looks beautiful. I never realized how much I’ve loved it until now.

2:01 Genuinely surprised people feel this way, Gamma's stages were some of my favorite in SA1. The whole "time=hp" mechanic gives it sort of an arcadey feel, it's a blast to try and juggle shooting enough to stay alive and holding out for huge combos to rack up seconds. Helps that he controls buttery smooth compared to Tails' stages in SA2 and has one of my favorite story arcs in the whole franchise. Gamma's probably one of my top 5 favorite Sonic characters.

The blaze fact is like the sonic equivalent of the freak leaks
