This is the arc where they introduce Naruto as a high level shinobi. Always amazing to see!

The moment Naruto becomes "THAT" Ninja. Such an amazing feeling to see everything build up to this. I can still remember reading this in the Manga weekly, crazy how time flies.

The moment we all realized why the show is called Naruto. He really is that guy.

Bad thing is when Naruto returns to the village and realizes that he does not feel the chakras of his beloved sensei. Even worse is when he realizes that Kakashi is dead

Honestly for the first 1/4 of the fight, the toads fighting the summonings was my favorite

When he asked Tsunade about Kakashi you knew it was over for Pain

Naruto here is already Hokage level. Even stronger than Tsunade ready imo.

10:26 So this had always bothered me, but I think I understand it.

I was annoyed that the Pains suddenly couldn’t see just because of some dust, since the Rinnegan can see chakra through smokescreens n stuff, then I realized that this was a NINJUTSU smokescreen, so all the Pains see is chakra dust.

It makes sense to me now.

The words “ I see” on Naruto show him the saddest….

I'll always agree with the statement that if naruto shippuden had ended after this fight, almost nobody would've been mad. This fight ends on such a fucking high note that it was beautiful. Naruto loses his teacher but gains the respect of the entire village in the process. Becomes one of, if not THE strongest in the entire village. This fight ends with naruto being able to become hokage and nobody couldve disagreed. Such a great fight. Also the best line in the fight was the "is kakashi on a mission". He already lost so much, and then to lose kakashi as well just made this fight so much better.

Naruto really came in with battery backups.
Wanted all the smoke.

Nagato wasn't lying when he called himself a god. He controls life and death with his Nakara path.

Can't wait for the next one

This was right after a dope ass pain arc and sasuke arc and it just affirmed why the show is called "Naruto".

8:04 How to tell the people that have been watching Naruto up to that point, from the ones that just filmed themselves watching this fight.
Only one couple is shocked that Naruto THREW THE RASENSHURIKEN.
