Its not that the old animation was bad, its just that the new animations have become so incredibly good

Person: “Bro these early videos are so bland”
Yarnhub: “we don’t agree”
And that’s how yarnhub won the YT war

0:08 my dad lived in the Soviet Union and he says that the Soviet bread lines where never long, but the lines for meat, butter, and cheese were.

Cold War dogfights are really cool. Their like some weird hybrid of WW2 and modern fights where it’s not quite BVR but it’s quite different from dogfights with guns. In my opinion that’s what makes them so cool.

The new animations are so good, but the ones from years past just carry a certain nostalgia to them that never gets old

You know it’s gonna be real good when they premiere their videos

I swear the F-14 one seems like soothing that would happen in top gun.

I would love it if Yarnhub did a video on the Monchy 9 of Newfoundland. 9 men of the Royal Newfoundland Regiment positioned at Monchy-le-Preux during the Battle of Arras in 1917 hid behind shrubbery and defended the town from a German force anywhere from 200 - 300 men strong for 11 hours to prevent a German break through. I think it is a very cool and very underrated battle that sounds like the plot of a movie.

These videos are just amazing, to be in the shoes of those brave men, to see the battles from both sides. You truly honour them.

6:10 - It would be cool to know the cost difference between training 2 new airmen, if they abandoned them, compared to the cost of the 1 plane that would've been lost

The "take his breath away" joke was hilarious. I was laughing after being long into a very serious but entertaining video.

38:15 I really love when historical portrayals do this type of comparison to show how accurate their work is when compared to the historical reference

I have known Pardo since 1971 and have talked to him about this many times. This story has many detail errors, but we will just leave it at that. But I will say what he told me once, "People make a big deal about this but at the time you just do the best you can do". RIP LtCol Bob Pardo.

If you make a shows on either YouTube TV or discovery plus, I would definitely watch it. You could just upload regular videos, and maybe even make some TV specials.
