HEAVY WORKLOAD FAILS THE TRACTOR!
While transporting a heavy stone trolley up a steep mountain incline, our hardworking Massey Ferguson 265 experienced a sudden, severe rear wheel grinding noise. The massive stress of mountain transport took its toll, forcing us to immediately shift the tractor to our workshop for urgent mechanical recovery.
Watch the master mechanic in action as he uses a hydraulic jack to disassemble the rear axle tube and expose the damage. The inspection revealed complete destruction inside—the differential crown wheel (Kada) had broken teeth, and the pinion gear (Garari) was completely smashed into pieces, leaving metal debris scattered inside the housing.
In this video, you will see the complete step-by-step restoration process using simple hand tools (wrenches, spanners, and hammers):
Full cleanup of the shattered gear debris from the rear axle tube.
Unboxing and preparing brand new replacement parts.
Installing the heavy-duty Crown Wheel & Pinion (Kada Pinion) assembly.
Applying high-quality silicone sealant for a perfect leak-proof seal.
Reassembling the rear end and refilling the differential with fresh gear oil.
After a successful test drive and a powerful self-start, the MF 265 is back on track, hauling heavy loads through the mountains with zero noise and maximum power!
⚙️ Technical Specifications & Parts Used:
Tractor Model: Massey Ferguson 265 (MF 265)
