Boxer here found a new love for jump rope great tips thank you 🙏

Thanks, just starting to jump rope. I'm 70, but  it's not stopping me.
I keep telling myself "don't jump so high!"
You vid is very thorough.

Thanks for your hard work

Back in the late 80’s I was a amateur boxer.  Jumping rope was second nature.  3-4, 3
Minute rounds.  I have recently tried to start jumping again.  Thanks for the videos!!

Jump rope is the best form of cardio my opinion I am a boxer my coach said  doing doing jump rope is important with balance i do 3 30-minute jump rope sessions and then when it's time to rest I do 70 knuckle push-ups and then after that I do 5 sets of bench press

This is a video with great advice! I am 64 years old and still go mountain biking. I've been jumping rope (or trying to) for a few years, but my jumping has really taken off (pun intended 😊) since I watched this video. I've read many books and watched many videos, but the advice in this one has been a game changer. My form improved so much in such a short time that I will shortly be starting to follow the advice in your "boxer step" video. Thank you so much for these excellent videos!

I am so happy I found your channel!! I just started jump rope and I am addicted 😄

people, do not ignore the rope lenght tip, it's what got me in this channel, and its the one place where its teaching differently than others.

having tried both lenght measuring methods, this one is infinitely better

I'm just starting out in this thing and I'm glad that I'll learn it the right way rather than having to fix a bunch of vices later on

so many new things i learned here, that i didnt from the tons of JRD videos i watched.Your a life saver!

Just started this week. Your tips on arm placement improved my jumps instantly! Thanks so much! ❤ Subscribed.

thanks for the video! i’m gonna start jump rope soon.

Thank you so much! Very helpful and informative! ❤🙏🙏🙏

I would say I’m an advanced jump roper but I’m so glad I found your channel good to see how the basics are done again.

Very useful video. Thanks
