Siempre aparecen títulos como “cómo manejarte con un evitativo”, “cómo no activar al evitativo”, “qué hacer para que el evitativo no se aleje”.
Y la pregunta que falta es: ¿por qué siempre tiene que adaptarse el ansioso?
Una relación sana no debería ser una persona regulándose sola para que la otra no huya.
El ansioso aprende a calmarse, sí.
Pero el evitativo también debería aprender a quedarse, a hablar, a sostener el vínculo cuando aparecen emociones incómodas.
Porque si solo uno trabaja y el otro evita, eso no es crecimiento mutuo: es desequilibrio emocional.
No se trata de culpar a nadie.
Se trata de recordar que una pareja funciona cuando los dos hacen el trabajo.
El apego no es una etiqueta para justificar conductas, sino un punto de partida para crecer juntos.
