In this video, we're continuing the ranking of 5.5 D&D spells with the cantrips of the Druid Class. This class is underrated by many, even though it has the potential to be the strongest class in the game, possibly dethroning classes like the Cleric or the Bard with their incredible versatility and support.
Don't forget to check out my other cantrip and spell tier rankings, and be on the lookout for upcoming tier rankings as well!
Thanks for watching! Let me know what you think of the Druid class, and what spells you usually pick when playing as one? Notably at earlier levels shillelagh is your best damage option. If you took magic initiate wizard for true strike or booming blade plus primal fury features your damage can start going kinda crazy.
Lvl 17 2d6+5+2d8 (primal fury)+3d8 (booming blade) + 4d8 (if they move). 50 ish damage with no resource cost. That’s a similar range to a warlock using EB & hex or a lvl 20 fighter using all 4 attacks with great weapon master.
