Dear Executive Management of DMD

​I am writing this email as a long-time supporter of DMD. I am formally reporting the highly unprofessional and damaging behavior of the current AR staff member, Ker, and demanding immediate disciplinary action.

​Currently, Ker is completely failing to separate personal matters from professional duties, causing severe detriment to both the agency and the artists:
1. ​Abuse of Authority & Favoritism: Ker continuously uses public social media platforms to display extreme favoritism and personal preferences, failing to maintain professional neutrality.

2. ​Physical Misconduct & Conflict: Ker has engaged in inappropriate physical behavior toward the artists (such as hitting them on the head) despite being warned, and has created internal friction among the staff and artists.

3. ​Suspicion of Conflict of Interest: Due to her blatant favoritism, serious concerns have been raised regarding inappropriate personal relationships with those under her care, which breaches professional ethics.
4. ​Refusal of Feedback & Blocking Fans: When fans requested legitimate clarification, Ker evaded accountability by deactivating her account and mass-blocking fans who offered constructive criticism.

​The artists protect her and call her "Mom" only out of kindness and respect. DMD exists to support its artists, not to serve as a protection center for incompetent staff. Fans have no obligation to turn a blind eye to an AR who acts like a toxic solo fan.

​Right now, Ker is playing the victim, but the true victims are the agency and the artists whose public images are being tarnished. We strongly urge DMD to immediately investigate Ker's conduct and dismiss her from the AR position.

Nunew= Handsome but Cute,  great singer and dancer, good in Acting and cook well, despite of all those  talents he still have his Humble and Simplicity  persona and he never try hard to get cam attention,, he never talk or  did as show stealer when his not turn to speak..!!
