You need to dig a drain channel from the door out to the entrance to somewhere down hill to allow natural drainage.

This is EXACTLY what I was talking about during your last video.

You dug a sideways well

make the entrance slope down so the water can run out freely

Dig out the entance to slope away from tunnel. 👀

Ah the bane of anyone digging a tunnel or bunker- water ingress.  So glad your tools weren't ruined. The added complication of pipes freezing up is going to be a challenge. Great video 😊

If the tunnel ends up flooding again you should use that pump and hose to hose down and clean the wall faces in the tunnel before draining the water out since you temporarily have running water there.

Shocker...lol

Add some metal stud guards to your support posts and get a magnetic camera mount.

Yeah you wanna dig a narrow trough with a slighly tapered floor towards the trough ( covered in floorboards) deepening towards the door so you can just turn on a pump and be done with it

I've got to be honest I have watched this since day one and I must say you certainly have good staying power. I'm not sure what there is about watching a man dig a hole but I keep doing it, well done!

Thank God for them that came before us, can you imagine how it was in preemptive Pete's era!😮😅🎉😂

Don’t underestimate the power of a couple siphon hoses!! At least while you’re on duty that would be a help to you and fuel saver. Good to see you back at it and sort of undeterred!

That effing hump is driving me crazy

I’m glad you’re sending off the quartz for an assay

What a fantastic job you both done ✔️ the pumps are brilliant and progress is good 👍 samples look good as well. Keep up the good work 👏 and video's 👌

To help with the feather & wedges. I believe you can get a grounding rod pounder attachment for the small breaker. It goes on top of a grounding rod a hammers it into thr ground, like a pile driver or fence post/t-bar pounder. Maybe it will make breaking the bigger rocks easier

Looks like a nice natural spring. You may have to dig a sump hole and an overflow drain under the door and piped down hill for a bit.

That ending 😅

One more idea I had for you because of your small set up. If you use old bed frame rails you could make yourself a mini track and pulling your box out would be a whole lot easier and maybe even speed up time a little bit.🤔
