Love your vids, so thanks from me! Always fascinated with SFO operations too. As someone concerned with ATC in the UK I find it astounding to see the complexity of such a crossing/parallel runway system being used in such busy circumstances. What I find extremely astounding is the standard of ATC communications alongside it… I mean its like this guy is 17 having to talk to his gran on the phone about stuff he’d rather not talk about, and instead get back to his video games. And there’s countless other examples out there of other variances of this kinda thing. Shocking to me that it’s accepted as part of the culture

What I enjoy most about this channel is that it is big boy flying. What it is really like , everyday.

YouTube algorithm has blessed me. I don't know how I haven't found this channel before considering how much aviation content I watch and how many aviation channels I'm subbed to. I am currently working on my IFR with my check ride coming up soon I fly out of the bay area (KLVK, KHWD, KPAO currently doing IFR at west valley flying club at KPAO) was awesome seeing this video just after coming back from my lesson flying over the same area.

Like the commentary you offered when you came off the auto-pilot early to "get used to it". That one gust right as you turned it off proved that you made the right decision.

I've been feeling down lately due to the change of seasons and haven't been able to watch videos, but you've given me a lot of encouragement.

I'm using it to study English.

Another great video, and they have been Instrumental in helping me overcome the anxiety of Rocket-fast, busy radio communications!  I now realize everyone just takes their turn, and ATC is not your enemy!  

On a high note, I received my 1st Class Medical last month, and am soon to pull the trigger- finishing from Instrument to ATP (likely 91 or 135 focused due to my age).  I'm very fortunate to have a great Flight School here in my hometown, which was founded by a Fighter Pilot from the 80's.
