Thanks to everyone for the support 🙏 This reaction is still one of my most viewed videos every single week 😲 It's such a powerful piece of music.

I wanted to let you know that I produced another reaction video to this (because it's THAT BLOODY GOOD!!!) but this time the band playthrough.
It was released last night and you can check it out 👉 https://youtu.be/1Mw_uWFnA40

Cheers!

This trilogy is honestly one of my favourite pieces of art of all time. Was lucky enough to see it live and its such a weird atmosphere, people are moshing and crowd surfing while others are crying, some doing both

I am not ashamed to admit it, everytime i hear this trilogy, I tear up. Stay strong gents.

This is one of the most beatiful songs there is, and it happens ot be a deathcore ballad..

This trilogy is my go-to "I'm overwhelmed. Time for a self inflicted cry."

As with most, "a world without you isn't meant for me" just sends me.

Remember lads. Emotions are fine. Feel your shit, cry if you need to, it's HEALTHY, not a hindrance.

This trilogy is the best music ever made in deathcore imo, both lyrically and musically it’s just perfect

When Will inhales as the guy strikes the lighter...chills every time. Lorna Shore has created one of the most important pieces of modern art with this trilogy. They have shown the world that deathcore can be a conduit of emotion and it has helped a lot of people (myself included) heal.

This trilogy seriously pulled me through some of the most depressing moments I've had to deal with. Almost every lyric just hit some part of my soul in a cathartic way. Love this trilogy so much and love seeing so many different reactions to it. Everyone should experience it in my opinion 🤘

All honesty, that actor in the video did such a phenomenal job he clearly depicted all the stages of grief and I can always feel the emotions.

@reefermadness6758 2 years ago

I love how these songs encapsulate the 3 stages of grief. First we are sad, then we are angry, and then finally we just kinda give up and accept.

Lorna shore broke the mold of deathcore with this beautifully tragic piece of art. I cry every time I hear it.

Oh man, what a great reaction. No mid-song analysis, no 15 minute break, just a dude listening to a good song

Pain remains is by far the best album of 2022!
It makes my metalheart proud,to see it touched so many people,including you.

I had to remove these songs from most of my playlists, because if they came on while I was driving or riding I couldn't see the road through my tears

Sometimes art transcends commentary and just needs to be experienced...really enjoyed your raw reaction...this isnt typically a genre people associate with this level of emotional impact. And as tough as the subject matter of the videos are, i know for me, being someone who has lost a close family member to the effects of inner turmoil on this scale, i find it comforting to see that it is becoming less and less taboo to talk about publicly. Seeing yourself in someone elses story can be a very powerful thing. As far as i am concerned, this masterpiece is a gift to the world, as sad as it is.

Almost 2 years on and every time I watch these I get teary. These guys made the ultimate loss trilogy. And sadly it shows that for some you can't go on

@GrassTroll 2 years ago

So many people split the songs up into separate reactions, and will even wait like a week between each one, and it really does ruin it imo. They’re meant to be taken as one singular work. Glad you did the whole thing in one sitting, it REALLY does make it into a true work of art.

@SeanCrouch-w4i 12 days ago

One of the producers mentioned that the song was inspired by a guy they work with who was going through something and was deeply depressed and was trying to play the piano to get out his pain and the piano music you hear is that tune.
