"Stupid says what" I think his wife was the one who answered 😂

He said “stupid says what!?” And then his own wife that’s standing beside him says “what!?” Lmfao 🤣 couldn’t have gone better

The fact that Cody missed in the first video the guy says “stupid says what” then his wife says “what” right after 😂😂😂

4:21 No. Absolutely handle your own noise complaints, more than half the time the person will completely understand and accommodate. If problems persist, then you may call authorities. I’m so sick of people misusing emergency services like that.

Nice of Cody to pretend he actually has neighbors like us peasants

sir, WHERE IS TEMPTATION ISLAND⁉️

Zade needs a shotout gotta be top 10 youtube video editors

3:30 I’m not defending this guy and I don’t know their history - but when my grandma had dementia she thought that people were walking around her apartment at night and knocking/banging on her walls on purpose. A little bit sad if this man lives alone.

I genuinely can’t fathom the idea of being so entitled to ruin a marriage over some noise. 😭😭

Imagine if your neighbor went up to you and said “spaghetti, spaghetti, spaghetti!!”

that cut to METH had me dead

8:16 holy shit I’d be so mad…. Yeah that would take years to grow back and trees and plants can be so sentimental

todos smurfandos ❤

Hey gang, it’s lunch time! 👀

"Har durr durr har durr durr" "Joe, you shut up!" That's was gold 🤣🤣

8:55 I've never gotten upset nor ignored my neighbors when it comes to our trees against the fences. My backyard neighbor, we both have trees in our backyards that over grow on to each other's property. We take turns cutting those limbs down.

Like, be a reasonable neighbor. If your tree is damaging their property, fix it. If it's a matter of a sentimental tree, then pay your neighbors for their inconvenience. I know someone who's got a gorgeous tree that's been around on their family land for 70 years. Planted by a great grandparent. The land next to theirs got split up and soon, new neighbors moved in. The way they wanted to put their fence up, would butt up to the tree. So, the tree owner paid for the turret style fence at the 2 planks that it would be, which was quite expensive, but it looks actually, quite nice, AND they pay them like $200 a year for allowing the tree to branch out on to their property.

If you care about something, it doesn't mean anyone else has to

So glad you're my neighbor at lunch today

0:15 Watching neighbour Cody kick father Cody in the nuts is surreal 😂

Zade, don’t worry bro. I peeped the “Daddy” tattoo on the top of Cody’s mouth at 1:49. Nice work.

Hell yeah.

@8:31 Tree law is one of the scariest sets of laws out there. Cutting someone else's tree could result in well over $100k in damages that you are on the hook for. In this instance, it looks like hes cutting a Crepe Myrtle. A fully matured Crepe Myrtle ranges between $500-$2000 depending on a few factors. You could easily bring this to small claims court and get a quick bag and leave the tree to regrow.

This guy was clearly annoyed by the branches extending over the fence onto his property. Most places allow for up to 5 feet of a branch to extend over a property line before you are allowed to trim it back. Aside from that, dont touch someone else's tree.
