Gary, sometime parents get jealous of their own children success and they will use their own insecurities against them.

I once took my ex sister in law and her three kids into my home for over a year. I recently found out that she has been lying to anyone who would listen that my oldest child belongs to my husband’s brother. Pure bullshit. That’s what I get for helping people.

Exes who had a friendship before they married will usually remain friends if they divorce. Or at least remain respectful of each other. 🤷🏾‍♀️

As an outsider just seeing the person Gary chooses to show us, it’s hard to understand how he has as many estranged relationships with people/family members as he does. I hope that one day he will be able to have these relationship issues resolved though or at least come to a mutual understanding for peace.

Maybe try writing her a letter. Ive found when I had some things to get off my chest (respectfully of course), I sent him an email. I chose my words very intentionally and peacefully. He's quite overbearing and argumentative so by virtue of him READING what I needed to say, he wasn't able to misinterpret, dominate or manipulate the conversation. He eventually called and we managed to have a civil conversation, as all the aggression and "steam" he used to use had no leg to stand on. I'd get it registered with signature required TO HER ONLY, so that it can't mysteriously disappear or someone tries to hide it from her. Just a thought.
