No meu caso eu fazia o acompanhamento em uma clinica mais acessível ao meu plano de saude q é mais popular, o q houve foi q nenhum medico teve um olhar mais apurado e apenas com 5 meses no ultrassom o medico viu q poderia ter algo de errado. De la pra estou indo em varios especialistas no particular e seguindo. A meta é chegarmos ao menos a 34 semanas.
Mas esses riscos que vc relatou ( hipoglicemia, hipotermia, policitemia...) se mantém se um CIUR vir a termo?
O doppler e circulação sanguínea da bebê deu tudo normal.
Só que com 28 semanas que foi quando fiz a ultra com doppler. O peso deu 925 gramas e 33 cm de tamanho.
Meu médico me deu atestado pra poder descansar, e aumentou a ingestação de proteína, whey protein..
Mas estou preocupada

Sou hipertensa, tentei manter a alimentaçao saudavel com bastante proteina e sempre dormindo do lado esquerdo e deitando do lado esquerdo apos as refeições, tomei na gestacao Ferro com vitamina C, AAS, calcio e magnesio. e o remedio p pressao metildopa. Fiz todo o pré natal certinho e a ultrasson a cada 15 dias.minha bebê Ciur nasceu dia 19.11.25 com 37 semanas pesando 1.855kg . Mas nasceu totalmente saudavel, nao precisou de UTI nem nada. No inicio é muito difícil pra ganhar peso, mas mantenham a calma pq bebê CIUR tem sua propria curva de crescimento. Hoje dia 06.03.26 minha bebe esta com 3 meses e meio pesando 3.500kg no inicio ela estava engordando 10g ao dia apos os 3 meses começou a engordar 24g ao dia. Ela só mama. Existe um hipercalorico que ajuda infantrini, mas nao precisei usar pq ela engatou o ganho de peso. Tem que ter acompanhamento pediatrico de perto. Sao bebes frageis porem muito saudaveis. Tenham fé nao se desesperem nem dê ouvidos ao julgamento das pessoas. Vai da tudo certo.
